Terms of Use
Last updated October 9, 2026
Baseball Sim Leagues is a baseball simulation game. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. One account per person, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe.
Playing fair
- No harassment, hate, threats or sexual content — in chat, team names or anywhere else.
- No collusion: no trades or moves arranged to help another team at your own team’s expense.
- No running several teams in one league through extra accounts, and no bots or automated play.
- No attempts to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
Commissioners run their own leagues and can review trades, pause play and manage teams. Moderators can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report a problem from any chat message.
Your content
You own what you write. You give us permission to show it to the people in your leagues and, when you share a link, to anyone who opens it — that is how the game works. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.
The game
Results are simulated and are for entertainment only. Historical players appear under their own names, built from publicly available records; real clubs are shown only by abbreviation. Baseball Sim Leagues is not affiliated with or endorsed by Major League Baseball, the MLB Players Association or any club.
There are no cash prizes, and Baseball Sim Leagues may not be used for betting or gambling of any kind.
The service
We work to keep Baseball Sim Leagues running, but it is provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Leagues may be paused, adjusted or ended if something goes wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service.
You can stop using Baseball Sim Leagues at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If these terms change in a way that matters, we will ask you to agree again.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
